Defect Consequence: OVER AN EXTENDED PERIOD OF TIME, THIS CORRISON CAN WEAKEN THE FLANGE CAUSING IT TO BREAK ALLOWING THE FUEL TANK TO DROP AND CONTACT THE SURFACE OF THE GROUND.
